Bob and Derek have professional backgrounds as performing artists, educators, and administrators, including a combined 10 years in international arts education and community development. They have extensive experience as consultants and project managers, working as both a team and individually, to develop musical performance and education programs throughout the Middle East, Central and South Asia, and the United States.
