Co-Founders and Directors

Bob and Derek are performers, educators, and consultants for institutional development and the advancement of arts education. Graduates of the New England Conservatory, they are committed artists and share a deep connection to jazz and western classical music. They were both awarded Fulbright Scholarships to research musical perception and pedagogy in South Asia.  As a team, they direct development and education initiatives for the Boston Philharmonic Orchestra. Together they have helped manage and develop music education programs in Afghanistan, India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and the United States.
